Nutramoves is operated by RT Allied App Pty Ltd (ABN 49 696 023 293), referred to here as "we", "us" or "our". This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information when you use the Nutramoves app and this website.
We're bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Because Nutramoves deals with health, much of what we hold is health information, which the law treats as sensitive. We handle it with extra care.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, date of birth and phone number.
- Health information you give us: health conditions, injuries or limitations, medications you choose to record, body measurements, activity, food and nutrition logs, and answers to health screening questions.
- Information from connected apps and devices, only if you choose to connect them (for example Apple Health, Google Health Connect or a wearable).
- Messages between you and our clinical team.
- Technical information: device type, operating system, app version, and how you use the app, so we can fix problems and improve it.
Subscription payments are handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play or our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you sign up, fill in questionnaires, log activity or contact us. We only collect health information with your consent. If you connect another app or device, we receive the data you've allowed it to share.
How we use it
- To create your account and give you programs that suit your health and goals.
- So our Exercise Physiologists and Accredited Practising Dietitians can design, review and adjust your program.
- To track your progress and show it back to you.
- To send reminders and service messages about your account.
- To keep the app safe, fix problems and improve how it works.
- To send you news and offers, if you've agreed. You can opt out any time.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't use your health information for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Clinicians involved in delivering your program.
- Service providers who run parts of the service for us, such as our app platform, hosting, email and analytics providers. They can only use your information to provide that service and must keep it secure.
- Apple or Google, to manage subscriptions bought through their stores.
- Anyone you ask us to share it with, such as your GP.
- Government or regulators, where the law requires it.
Storing information overseas

How we protect it
Your information is stored on secure servers with encryption, access controls and regular security reviews. Only people who need your information to do their job can see it. No system is completely secure, so if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we're legally required to keep health records for a set period.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the settings in the app, or email us at hello@nutramoves.com.au and we'll do it for you.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Age
Nutramoves is designed for people aged 18 and over.
This website
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we start using analytics or other cookies, we'll update this policy first.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us at hello@nutramoves.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and, if the changes are significant, let you know in the app.
